Booking requests should be requested over email or the contact number. If there is availability an agreement and confirmation will be sent over.
For bookings that include underage children, we do request more information. We do kindly ask to treat the space and surrounding respectful
On request, we will be able to supply photo/video material for the space. In-person requests will be scheduled accordingly.

Our cancellation policy includes a full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance. Once this timeframe is shorter the client is able to request a 50% refund.
For requests, we do ask for a 50% deposit. Usage of the food/drinks will be at an extra charge.
Lastly, in case of damaged/broken rental equipment due to reckless usage, we may request an additional fee.
Customers can make changes by getting in contact over email or the contact number.
We do our best to support our customers and are 24 hours a day over email, Whatsapp chat and contact number.
